If you’ve got a long journey ahead of you or you just want to make your trip as flexible as possible, it’s worth taking up our ‘Additional Driver Cover’ so that other drivers can take over as and when required. This means you can share the driving, can take it in turns to be ‘designated driver’ or you have a alternative option in case of illness or injury. We're doing our utmost to stop the spread with a van cleaning process that's even more rigorous than usual.
At Kamper Hire we pride ourselves on hiring out camper vans which are smart, clean and in tip-top condition.
In light of Coronavirus we’re stepping it up even further and not only giving every van a deep clean between every rental, but also taking extra care to wipe down every inch of the interior, as well as the keys, doorhandles, literature and any Extras you may have hired, to be on the safe side.
And we have a new cancellation policy so you're covered for every eventuality to keep things as flexible as possible for you.
We’ve updated our cancellation policy to make it more flexible to suit these uncertain times – so if you book a camper van now but need to cancel it later, the options are:
If you cancel less than 45 days before your rental start:
– we’ll issue a credit voucher for the total amount, which you can use in exchange for hire anytime in the following 12 months.*
If you cancel more than 45 days prior to rental start
– You have the option of a credit voucher to the value of your deposit to use at another time, or if you do decide to cancel, there’s a £50 admin fee to pay and the remainder of your deposit will be refunded.
If you have a booking currently and are concerned, please don’t feel you need to make a snap decision. We’re here to help and are keen to keep our business going any way we can – so do give us a call if you’d like reassurance or advice.
*In this instance, booking would be subject to availability. Initially vouchers will be valid for 12 months but if things are still uncertain we will review the timings and look to extending, subject to discretion and on a case-by-case basis. For further info, please get in touch.
