Get revved up for VW camper van event season!
Published on 07th March 2019
There are loads of VW weekenders to try this year, all around the country - and you can travel to some beautiful places on the way.
VW festivals vary hugely in scale, and all offer slightly different entertainment, but across the board you can expect a family friendly atmosphere, live music, lots to keep the kids occupied, delicious food and drink and some great memories. Add to the mix the chance to see plenty of fantastically refurbished, unique and historical Volkswagen camper vans, beetles and more - what’s not to like?
These VW events are also a brilliant opportunity to camp - and what better way to do it than in the latest VW California camper van, hired from Kamper Hire?
After all the fun and excitement of the VW festival, just wander home to your cosy, secure camper van and catch up on some well-earned sleep. Then next morning you can use the on-board kitchen to prepare breakfast before you head back to the action. With a VW California Ocean as your accommodation and transport you can turn your VW Festival trip into a tour. Plan to stop off at a few places overnight on the way and way back and make it a weeklong holiday. We offer a range of useful extras for you to hire, from porta-loo to awning, bike rack to fridge, so you can tailor your experience perfectly to suit you.
Here’s the Kamper Hire whistle-stop tour of some of the best VW events that are being held in 2019.
We’ve included a variety of large and small VW festivals being held all across the country so why not have a browse, see what takes your fancy and give us a call to hire yourself a VW California so you can get there in comfort and style?
