New to our fleet for 2010 is the Volkswagen Caravelle. This versatile vehicle can transport up to seven people in comfort with plenty of space for luggage and kit to boot. The Caravelle can also be used as a budget alternative to our California camper by adding the “Sleep Pack” option, which enables two people to sleep in comfort inside the vehicle. The floor-mounted rail system allows seats to be removed or repositioned as required, and for the installation of tables and cooking units. Like the California, the front two seats swivel around making it possible for four people to sit around a table.
And as well as the high specification level of all Volkswagen vans, the Caravelle is fitted with a stand-alone night heater, iPod adapter and cool box.

Sleep Pack
A specially-designed folding mattress fits over the rear seats to make a comfortable double bed, while detachable blinds provide privacy. The mattress is stowed behind the rear seats when not in use.

Camping Pack
A further four people can be accommodated in an awning which attaches to the side of the Caravelle. The Camping Pack features a separate inner sleeping area.

Cooking Pack
This removable mini kitchen unit comprises a two burner gas stove, sink, and fresh water tank. The unit securely fixes to an adapter plate in the rear of the van.

Other equipment
We can also supply surfboard and bicycle racks.
